Did you know that Scentsy offers 4 different types of warranties on our products?  It’s true…and it’s a pretty sweet deal!  You won’t find a more generous policy anywhere else.  When Scentsy products are used and cared for properly, they last.  And last.  And if they don’t, we fix it.

Warmer Warranty

Warmers – Scentsy warmers all come with instructions and warranty information located within the product packaging.  You do not need to register your warmer.  Simply follow the instructions for proper intended use – to warm authentic Scentsy wax.

If your warmer arrives broken in the shipping process, Scentsy will replace it.

If you warmer ever breaks due to mechanical defect or electrical issue, Scentsy will replace it with the same warmer if it is still available.  If that particular warmer is no longer produced you can choose a new warmer style from the original price point.

This is a LIFETIME WARRANTY.  There are no time limits.  We stand behind our products.  If something quits working, even years later, Scentsy will make it right and whole.

Diffuser Warranty - Register Scentsy Diffuser

Diffusers – Scentsy Diffusers arrive with instructions and warranty information inside the product packaging.  Use your new diffuser for it’s intended purposes – to diffuse oils.

Of course, we’d prefer you diffuse Scentsy oils, but if you use another brand of oils it WILL NOT void your warranty.  Now that’s confidence!

If your diffuser base ever stops functioning properly due to mechanical defect or electrical issue, Scentsy will replace the diffuser base for a small shipping/handling fee of $20.

This is a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  That means if your diffuser breaks due to defect under normal use and care within the first 30 days since purchase, it will be replaced free of charge.  If your diffuser goes south due to defect under normal use and care after the first 30 days since purchase, it will be replaced for the $20 shipping/handling fee.

Scentsy Go Warranty

Scentsy GO – Scentsy GO units arrive with instructions and warranty information inside the product packaging.  Use your new GO for it’s intended purposes – to create a mobile scent experience using Scentsy GO Pods.

If your Scentsy GO ever stops functioning properly due to mechanical defect or electrical issue, Scentsy will replace the GO for a small shipping/handling fee of $18.

This is a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  That means if your GO breaks, due to defect under normal use and care within the first 30 days since purchase, it will be replaced free of charge.  If your GO fails, due to defect under normal use and care after the first 30 days since purchase, it will be replaced for the $18 shipping/handling fee.

You do not have to register your Scentsy GO.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it in unused, resalable condition to your Independent Consultant for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Scentsy does not offer cash refunds.
